I've noticed that there isn't really a place for a lot of Guild Wars PvP players, both experienced and inexperienced, to come together in one place to talk about the state of Guild Wars PvP. The metagame changes a lot, and players are on at different times.
For this reason, I've decided to start www.gwstrat.com - it's a forum dedicated to Guild Wars PvP, for both newcomers and veterans in the Guild Wars PvP scene. New players can ask questions and get answers to improving their game, and veterans can get updated quickly on the state of the game without spending too much time inside Guild Wars.

Nice format, theres always room for a good pvp forum.

One thing you might add is a beginners tutorial. Going through the initial
trials on Balth's and how to get started in pvp including recommended use of observer mode...kind of a starting how-to.

If it's a PvP forum how come RA, TA, AB and aren't on there? And none of that elitist bullshit that those aren't PvP

I originally didn't want to add them since I had too many forums, but since then I've reduced that number.

I like this idea since the QQ forums are basically a nonstarter if you're not in the pro-GvG club and there's a lot of non-PvP talk in the PvP forums here.

Having been involved in moderating various forums for the UT community (similarly dysfunctional as GW), I can tell you it's a pain in the ass to keep retarded assholes in check and stay focused on the original intent of your community though.
